"A few months ago we had what most businesses would consider a worst nightmare scenario. After coming into the office after a bad lightning storm we learned that our server's hard drive array had been literally melted by lightning. To make things worse, we had an on-site backup tape, however we learned that the tapes we had been using had apparently gone bad. Desperate after our usual computer repair guy gave us the bad news we researched and found On Call Computer Solutions in Tallahassee.
Within an hour they had a server technician out to our office who immediately put us at ease by letting us know that they could get our data back after a few days at their data recovery facility in Jacksonville. Then, the owner of On Call, Mr. Mike Frieder personally drove the entire hard drive array over to the recovery facility in Jacksonville right then and there and gave me periodic status updates throughout the next 48 hours. Meanwhile, other members of On Call's team installed a replacement server that they had sitting in stock (they were also the only company we found to have a brand new server in stock ready to go). At the beginning of day three we finally got the ultra important financial data we needed to make pay roll along with everything else. It was a 100% recovery and On Call literally saved my business. The entire time everyone on staff was very friendly, re-assuring, and confident about what they were doing.
I would strongly recommend any business to contact On Call Computer Solutions. I think they went through about the worst thing you could possibly be tested on in my situation and passed with flying colors. We now have a complete IT Management Agreement with them which includes both on and off-site backup, they host our websites, email, manage our social media and pay for click marketing, and consult with us on a regular basis on our outside projects that are IT related. They are a terrific partner and I would never go back to using a small computer repair firm again."

"We have been very satisfied using On Call as our technology partner of choice. They provide us with several of their hosted services which includes Hosted Exchange Email, Hosted Blackberry Integration, and Website Hosting. We also do all of our computer equipment purchasing through them because of their ability to be as helpful as a local company while having the buying power of the big companies. In fact, we often times find ourselves spending less money with On Call than we would at the big box stores. Despite being a 6 hour drive away we have also been impressed with their phone and remote support abilities and can safely say that even if you are not in Tallahassee, you can still benefit from the awesome computer services that On Call has to offer."
